Operating a Family Day Care business gives you a unique opportunity to work from home as your own boss, choosing the hours you work, and potentially earning a very good income.

Our coordinators are here to advise you and help you through every step of the process, not just while you are setting up, but also when your business is up and running. An educator must hold an early childhood qualification such as a Certificate III in Children's Services or higher, or be willing to study. It is a requirement that all educators hold or are working towards obtaining a minimum of Certificate III in Children's Services.

We are looking to provide Family Day Care in all the areas of our service and we would be only too happy to talk with you.

Becoming an Early Childhood Educator

Bowen/Collinsville Family Day Care is building Family Day Care into the best childcare option around, and we need your help!

As a Family Day Care Educator you will:

Have access to our equipment and resource library
Be provided with initial and ongoing training and regular supervision
Work in partnership with a team of experienced child care professionals
Have access to professional development to expand skills and knowledge of child care practices
Belong to a scheme that is sponsored by the state and national Family Day Care Association, and therefore makes Family Day Care their primary objective
